The site is located at 7000 West I-20 Frontage Road, near I-20 and Bowman Springs.
On Tuesday, December 7, 2010, City Council passed the zoning for this pad site by a vote of 6 - 3.
Development Plan
This site is in an ideal location for the development of the minerals of lessors in the surrounding area. We are committed to using industry best-practices at the drill site to minimize any potential impact to your neighborhood. To ensure that our drilling operations are as unobtrusive as possible, we use state-of-the-art sound mitigation techniques to effectively reduce the sound emitted by the drilling process.

Division Orders Mailed to Vantage lessors in September 2011.
First royalty payments have been initiated to Vantage lessors.
**This unit was shut in for the month of December and will be for the month of January to drill and complete (2) new wells. As a result, no revenue will be paid in February (December sales) and March (January sales). Four (4) wells in unit will be up and producing in the month of February, revenues for which will be distributed in April.
Update October 24, 2011
2 wells have been drilled and fracked to date. Drilling on 2 additional wells to begin in November. Pipeline is in place. Division Orders were mailed to Vantage lessors in September and royalty payments have been initiated.

Update July 12, 2011
Some of you might have heard some noise coming from the Yeandle site on Sunday July 10th. The noise was the result of a leaking valve on the location and the issue was resolved in about an hour and the affected well is back up and running now. A total of 2 wells have been drilled from this site to date and frac operations on the second well is expected to commence later this week.
Update June 26, 2011
Two wells have now been drilled and one has been frac'd to date from this pad site. Initial sales from this site began June 2. We anticipate lessors in this development area may see royalties from these wells by Summer 2011. It is important to note that royalties are paid monthly, and are only paid when the total royalty amount reaches a minimum of $100. Therefore, there may be months when no royalty check will be received. We will add each months' royalties together until $100 is reached, and then a check will be sent.
Update - May 9, 2011
One well has been drilled and frac'd to date form this pad site. We expect to move back onto this site in late May to drill additional wells. Anticipate initial sales from this site in June, and if that goes according to schedule, lessors in this development area may see royalties from these wells by Summer 2011. It is important to note that royalties are paid monthly, and are only paid when the total royalty amount reaches a minimum of $100. Therefore, there may be months when no royalty check will be received. We will add each months' royalties together until $100 is reached, and then a check will be sent.
Update - February 22, 2011
First well now being drilled. City approved drilling of first 3 wells. First sale of gas to market expected sometime this summer, with first royalties possible in late 2011.

THE YEANDLE TOWN HALL MEETING SCHEDULED FOR TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 8 AT 6:30 PM HAS BEEN CANCELED. Please check back next week for the new date. The rig is expected to move in the week of February 7th, and drilling should commence about mid-February.
Update - February 1, 2011New Town Hall Meeting Scheduled for residents in the Yeandle development area. A brief update will be given on the other areas (LABC, Pleasant Ridge, Lenox and Steeples) for those who wish to attend.
