This drill site is located at 6221 & 6229 W Poly Webb Rd. Arlington, TX 76016.
This site has received all necessary permits from the City of Arlington for Lenox 1H, 2H, 3H & 4H. Drilling is expected to commence in early October.
Development Plan
This site is in an ideal location for the development of the minerals of lessors in the surrounding area. We are committed to using industry best-practices at the drill site to minimize any potential impact to your neighborhood. To ensure that our drilling operations are as unobtrusive as possible, we use state-of-the-art sound mitigation techniques to effectively reduce the sound emitted by the drilling process.

Update - October 24, 2011
4 wells have been drilled and fracked to date. Pipeline is in place. Division Orders will be mailed to Vantage lessors by year end. Royalty payments may begin in early2012.
Update - September 8,2011
4 wells have been drilled and fracked to date. Pipeline is in place. First sales are expected in September, with Division Orders mailed to Vantage lessors later this year. Royalty payments may begin in early2012.
Update - June 26, 2011
Pipeline has now been installed to the Lenox pad and is in service. Fracking is scheduled to begin July 6th. Four well have been drilled to date from this pad site. We anticipate initial sales from these wells in by August, and if that goes according to schedule, we anticipate lessors in this development area may see royalties from these wells by Fall 2011. It is important to note that royalties are paid monthly, and are only paid when the total royalty amount reaches a minimum of $100. Therefore, there may be months when no royalty check will be received. We will add each months' royalties together until $100 is reached, and then a check will be sent.
Update - May 9, 2011
Four wells have been drilled and frac is anticipated for June 2011 on this pad site. Anticipate initial sales from these wells in August, and if that goes according to schedule, we anticipate lessors in this development area may see royalties from these wells by Fall 2011. Four wells drilled to date. Well 5 may be started in Spring 2011. Frac following drilling of well 5. First sales of gas to market anticipated in the summer, with first royalty payments possible at the end of 2011.
