What to expect
This drill site is located on the property of Lake Arlington Baptist Church, which is located at 2912 Little Rd., Arlington, TX 76016. The pad site will be located near the southernmost parking lot off of Jewel Drive (see map).
City Council has approved zoning and permits for 6 wells. You may begin to see activity in the area near Little Rd. and Jewel as we prepare to begin site construction. Pad construction and drilling activities are estimated to begin in January or February 2011.
Development Plan
This site is in an ideal location for the development of the minerals of lessors in the surrounding area. This site will drill wells for two proposed development areas, LABC North and LABC South.
We are committed to using industry best-practices at the drill site to minimize any potential impact to your neighborhood. To ensure that our drilling operations are as unobtrusive as possible, we use state-of-the-art sound mitigation techniques to effectively reduce the sound emitted by the drilling process.

Update - July 11, 2011
The LABC site has had 3 wells drilled. The drilling portion of these three wells was completed in late May. The three wells will have work performed on them during July to prepare for the wells for fracing. Fracing operations are scheduled to commence in mid-August, and once started will take 3-4 weeks to complete. Fracing operations are restricted to daytime curfew hours (6am-7pm). After fracing, the wells will be worked on to prepare them for gas sales. This process will take approximately 2-3 weeks to complete. (This work is also restricted to daytime curfew hours). The wells will then be ready to flow to sales, at approximately the same time the pipeline installation is completed. The website is updated monthly, the last update was made June 26th. Update - June 26, 2011
1 well has been drilled from LABC North and 2 wells have been drilled now from LABC South. Fracing on these wells is scheduled to begin in late August or early September. Anticipate initial sales from these wells in Nov., 2011 and if this goes according to schedule, lessors may see their first royalties in the first quarter of 2012. It is important to note that royalties are paid monthly, and are only paid when the total royalty amount reaches a minimum of $100. Therefore, there may be months when no royalty check will be received. We will add each months' royalties together until $100 is reached, and then a check will be sent.
Update - May 9, 2011
One well each in LABC North and LABC South have been drilled to date. Began drilling a second well in LABC South on May 4th. No wells have been frac'd at this time. Anticipate initial sales from these wells in Nov., 2011 and if this goes according to schedule, lessors may see their first royalties in the first quarter of 2012.
Update - March 3, 2011
Drilling to commence on first of three wells at LABC South on or around March 11. During this first phase of drilling which is commencing now, we plan to drill 2 wells in LABC South section and 1 well in LABC North section.
Update - February 22, 2011
Site construction is now completed. Anticipate drilling first 3 wells in late Spring, with drilling of first wells completed by Summer 2011. Too premature to approximate first sales of gas or timing on anticipated royalties at this time.
