Overview
Vantage Energy and Chesapeake Energy have established a master development plan to produce natural gas on the east side of Lake Arlington in Arlington, TX consisting of over 3,000 acres and 7,000 property owners (lessors).

The Lake Arlington Project plan consists of 5 drill sites and development areas shown with the yellow and blue outlines respectively in the map below. Please note that these development areas are not finalized and if your property borders 2 development areas, please check back for updates.

July 11, 2011 Pipeline Update
Please note that our pipeline installation to the LABC site is handled via third party gatherer - DFW Midstream. They report the following:
a. Yes, the route has been identified, and can be disclosed once the necessary easements have been secured.
b. Work is ongoing to secure the necessary easements.
c. Permitting and easements is forecast to be completed by the end of this month.
d. Construction is anticipated to begin mid-August if above timing is met.
e. Construction of the pipeline is expected to be completed and ready to receive gas by early October.
March 11, 2011 Pipeline Update
DFW Midstream is currently working on the pipeline needed to move our gas to market. The pipeline map above shows the route of this pipeline, which will service the Lenox, Steeples and Yeandle drill sites. They are currently working near the Steeples drill site and will be moving to the Lenox site area soon. The pipeline route for our LABC site is still being determined. Pipeline hours of operation at all locations are Monday - Saturday, 7 AM - 6 PM.
Steeples: Currently installing valves to connect the pipeline. Anticipate completion at this location in early April 2011.
Lenox: Boring machine will move in to begin work at this location near Shorewood Drive in mid March. Anticipate completing pipeline from Steeples to Lenox by late Spring.
Yeandle: Obtaining necessary easements to begin construction. No start date at this time.
LABC: Pipeline route for this site has not yet been determined. Once decision is made, anticipate pipeline construction to begin in early summer.
